Return Policy
We offer a 15 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it.
We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.
Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £150 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is because these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.
Any type of modification to the lights will invalidate the warranty. Once the lights have been modified no replacement or refunds will be issued, specially the AC 220V 240V led strip and neon flex lights which come with an attached UK Plug (Hardwiring will void the warranty). If you want to hardwire the lights then please check the DC 12V, 24V and 48V which are designed to be hardwired using a power supply.
If the item becomes faulty within the warranty period (12 Months) then we will issue you a replacement. Please note that we will only be able to send you a replacement, no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for any fitting and fixture costs.

Unfortunately, the original lights I ordered didn’t work, however they were replaced free of charge with next day delivery the same day I contacted them for a replacement. Fantastic service. Will be returning again
Ordered from their 'other' company, UK led lights first. They sent a 5m cable instead of the 1m I ordered. Not knowing this at the time, I ordered from atom led. When I realised it was the same company, I phoned and asked them to hold the order, as I knew they didn't have the cable. They sent it anyway. Then couldn't accept it wasn't what I ordered. It ended in a PayPal dispute, which ruled in my favour. The product seems OK, but they'll send the cable they have in stock and what they see fit, not what the customer orders.
